The following procedure allows you to grant access to your subscription to Epsilon Net’s specialized support consultants. The access provided is only for a limited time, but it is advisable that the process be carried out in cooperation with or after communication with the support team.

Please follow the steps below based on the images to grant access to EpsilonNet.

1. Select your account button on the top right (the one with the two initials) and from there My Subscriptions.
   
2. On the new page, select “Subscription” on the box regarding your subscription to Epsilon Smart Ergani.
   
3. Then, in the top right corner, from the Actions button, select Access to Epsilon.
   
4. Accept the terms and click Invite.
