In case an Epsilon Smart user has forgotten the password to enter the application, the steps to create a new password are as follows:

When filling in your e-mail and password, there is an option “Forgot your password?” at the bottom right, that you can select

In the new window that will open, fill in your e-mail address and click “Submit”.

After filling in your e-mail and clicking “Submit”, you will receive a message in your e-mail containing a link “Reset Password”.

 

Πατώντας στον σύνδεσμο θα συμπληρώσετε στο παράθυρο που θα ανοίξει τον νέο κωδικό και τέλος θα πατήσετε “Υποβολή”.
