Registration/Modification of Fixed/Weekly Working Hours

Last Updated: 8/02/23, 16:47 | Checkin-Checkout

To enter or modify fixed – weekly working hours for employees you will need to navigate from the main menu to the Work Plan option.

First you select the employee for whom you wish to make the entry-modification. You will then select the Weekly button where you will select the Staring Date (and optionally the End Date) and then enter or edit the fixed-weekly hours.

The “Save” button will complete the entry of the Weekly working hours.

On the Weekly Hours screen, the current hours of the selected employee will be displayed.

If the selected employee does not have a declared weekly hours or there are multiple selected employees, then the days of the week are displayed blank, to be filled in.

Use the buttons available on each day to add/remove schedules, in case the employee’s schedule includes more than one work segment (“intermittent schedules”).

If there is only one employee selected, when you enter the start time of work, the end time is automatically suggested based on the employee’s daily working hours.

As you enter the working hours, and when you save them, checks are carried out on the employment contract of the employees and the working hours allowed to them (for overlapping hours, minimum rest periods between working hours, agreement on days and hours of weekly work, agreement on daily working hours, whether broken hours are allowed, distance between working periods of broken hours, etc.).

The results of the checks are displayed as warning messages in the header of the screen, with reference to the employee and the day of the message.

The same functionality is available by using the key A picture containing textDescription automatically generated, after the entry is completed.

To submit the schedule directly to IS ERGANI, use the buttonA picture containing graphical user interfaceDescription automatically generated

If you have chosen the submission of the working hours to be performed by the accountant or the payroll system of your company (the company parameter “Direct submission to Ergani” is “no”), a warning message appears.
