Based on the way you manage the work plan and the configuration you have set in the finalization and direct submission parameters in the Settings (Settings-Company-Other), each schedule can have one of the following indications:

“Draft” Status ,

The schedule has not been finalized or published to the accountant or S.I. Ergani

*In order to activate the possibility of entering times with a “Draft” status, you will need to activate the finalization option from the application’s Main Menu. Instructions Here

“Finalized” Status ,

The schedule has been finalized and sent to the accountant’s payroll application for checking and submission to I.S. ERGANI through the payroll application.

“To be Submitted” Status ,

The schedule has been finalized but not submitted to Ergani. It is marked to be submitted though epsilon smart ergani and will not update the payroll system until it is submitted. Can be submitted from the Submission Results menu.

“Submitted” Status ,

The timetable has been submitted to Ergani with a unique protocol number. 

Similarly, the following actions are activated on the digital time display: 

, if finalization is active but direct submission is not.

, if both finalization and direct submission are active. 

, if direct submission is active and finalization is not.
