Smart Ergani 4All is the autonomous solution of the Smart Ergani Famly. It’s a new form of subscription based app that works in direct connection to the ΙS ERGANI platform, avoiding the need to connect to a payroll system.

Initial connection with the PS ERGANI credentials

During your first login to the platform, you will have to select the log in button on the Ergani 4all border. 

You will be transferred into the main environment of the application where a pop up window will ask the user to fill in their ERGANI credentials.

Once the credentials have been filled in the syncing process will start automatically and it might last for a few minutes depending on the amount of data.

This step is necessary for the function of the application.

In the case your password ever changes, you can edit it in the Settings – Company menu, selecting the Edit  button first and then the Actions button from where you can select Communication with ERGANI.
