Manual Check In/Out Entry

To manually create and submit Check Ins/Outs, you need to go to Check In – Check Out from the main menu. Then use the Actions button on the top right to select Add clock in – out.

In the new window fill in the respective fields with the Employee, Branch, Date, Time and Event Taype. If the selected time is more than 15 minutes previous to the current time and date you will also need to select a Reason not in time, to justify the delayed submission. Then select the Save button at the bottom of the window. The even will be automatically submitted to SI Ergani.

Attention! This action is not recommended as an alternative to the proper and timely scanning of the digital cards. Instead it’s an offered solution for the distinct case that a single check in or out has not been completed properly due to technical or other constraints.
