The Epsilon HR Card Scanner application provides several Settings options that allow the user to configure the application and modify its operation according to their specific needs.

By selecting the Settings option from the application’s side menu, the user can configure the following features:

Screen Always-On

When this option is enabled, it keeps the device screen on for as long as the card scanner application is open.

Quick Mode

The Quick Mode option allows the execution of multiple actions of the same type consecutively, without the need to select the declaration type (check-in / check-out) before each action.

Warning Sound 

This function produces a distinct warning sound in the event of a failed declaration, to inform the user to repeat the action.

Add a statement cancellation step

Allows the user to cancel a declaration within 5 seconds of its execution, to prevent the recording of incorrect actions.

Select Language

Allows switching the application language between Greek and English.

Default Camera

Enables the selection of which device camera will be used by the card scanner application to scan QR codes.

QR Code Scanner 

Refers to the scanning protocol used by the device. Most modern devices operate with the Option 1.

Device Type 

Allows the user to choose whether the device will perform only Check-In, only Check-Out, or Both movements.
