Connection

First you need to make sure that the contact details of the employees are up to date. From the Employees menu, open each employee and from the “Actions” button on the top right, select “Contact Details” and fill in the correct contact details.
Then from the Employees menu, select the employees to whom you want to give the ability to perform actions through Employee Smart Ergani, and from the Actions button at the top right select Connect Employee Smart Ergani and then Save

 

Use

At this point the employee has the option to download and install the Epsilon HR Card Scanner application on their mobile phone.

They can then connect to the app using their mobile phone number which should also match the number registered in their contact details as mentioned above.

After the employee has completed the connection to the application by entering his/her phone number, the application is ready for use. Now, the employee can declare his/her entry and exit through the specially designed menu.
