To purchase or renew the Premium Support Services package via debit/credit/IRIS , the steps are as follows.

If you have logged into your Epsilon Smart subscription, you will select your profile icon at the top right (with your email initials).

(Where “PO”, there will be the initials of your email)

Select “View Subscription” on the Epsilon Smart Ergani subscription in which you wish to activate the “Premium Support Services” feature.

and then “Add Module”

On the new page you will check the box marked Premium Support Pack.

You can then proceed with the transaction by clicking on the Next button at the bottom of the page.
