Ιn the overtime menu, the active employees of the company are displayed in calendar format vertically, while horizontally are the days of the current week/month.

In each cell of the calendar, the employee’s overtime for the day in question is shown, as well as the working hours ()  or the employee’s rest/no work() () are indicated with special signs.

The days preceding the current one are displayed with the indication , as there is no possibility to enter/change overtime. The same goes for days on which there are no working hours or there is Rest/No work, as overtime is only allowed on working days.

Depending on the way the working hours are managed, i.e. the values you have set in the finalization and direct submission parameters in the Organizer (Settings/Company/Other), each overtime can have one of the following indications:

, the overtime has not been finalized.

, the overtime has been finalized.

, the overtime has been finalized but not submitted to Ergani.

, the overtime has been submitted to Ergani.

Similarly, the following actions are activated on the overtime screen:

,if finalization rather than submission is active.

, if finalization and submission are active.

, if the submission and not the finalization is active.

Use the button,to select individual employees from the set, taking advantage of the record filtering functionality provided by the list.

Use the keys , to set the calendar format to week or month level respectively

Use the keys to scroll to next or previous week/month

To enter and/or change overtime, select the employee and day pairing cell and then the or the  button respectively.

To select more employees, select the appropriate cells.

The “New Overtime” action is activated when a cell that has no overtime is selected. In this case it is allowed to select another cell that has no overtime.

The ‘Edit Overtime’ action shall be active when a cell with overtime is selected, in which case the selection of another cell is not allowed.
