The employee calendar displays information on working hours, employee clocking-in and clocking-out movements, holidays and overtime, as well as the descriptions resulting from the comparison of planned working hours and actual entries.
In detail, the active employees of the company are displayed in the calendar vertically while the days of the current week/month are displayed horizontally.
Use the search button , to select individual employees, utilizing the record filtering functionality provided by the list.
Use the , buttons to set the calendar format to week or month respectively.
Use the buttons to move to the next or previous week/month.
Depending on the mapping that has been achieved on each working day based on hours and entry/exit movements, each cell can show one of the following descriptions:
Check in – Check out entries were found aw they were expected based on the work schedule and were not found on days when they were not expected (cases of rest, leave, no work and remote work).
No working hours were found. If movements are also detected, the indication changes respectively to “No working hours (in)”, “No working hours (out)” and “No working hours (in – out)”, depending on whether only entry, only exit or entry and exit are detected.
Check in – Check out entries found on a day when rest has been declared. If an entry without exit or an exit without entry is detected, the indication changes to ‘Work at rest(in)’ and ‘Work at rest(out)’ respectively.
Check in – Check out entries were found on a day when a leave has been declared. If an entry without exit or an exit without entry is detected, the indication changes to ‘Work on leave (in)’ and ‘Work on leave (out)’ respectively.
Working hours were found but no entry/exit movement or leave was detected.
no check in movement found (while check out movement was found)
no check out movement found (while check in movement was found)
Check out movement was found when there was already a check out movement, with no previous check in detected. The characterization is changed accordingly if entry movements are detected without exit movements.
In each cell the information is displayed in detail: PP (working hours), AW (leave), O (overtime), K (input/output movements) and PPK, (the designation of the working duration, “Exactly”/”Less working hours”/”More working hours”).
Depending on the arrival/departure times and the scheduled working hours, the entry/exit movements are indicated by the signs:
when the movement time is exactly according to the schedule
when the movement time is later than the schedule
when the movement time is earlier than the schedule
The markers are generated and label the first entry movement and the last exit movement.
Ie. «09:14- , 09:22-18:06, -18:20 » or « 09:44-13:34, 13:57-18:46 »
You can also use the ready-made filter options to display the results that correspond to them and thus obtain some of the information, such as, for example, cases of late arrivals, less working hours, etc,
If a cell does not fall within the selected filter , then it becomes grayed out.
